# METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION

## Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: 
Data procured by Tecan Spark 

## Methods for processing the data: 
Data preliminarily analysed in Excel, then reprocessed in R. 
Absorbance at 492nm and 504nm was used in Excel, however, absorbance at 494nm and 506nm from the raw data was extracted and analysed in R. The R analysis was used for the publication.
